I put this article under life tip because ever since I ditched caffeine after 12pm my life improved. Your body doesn’t need it. Society tells us we need it, tv ads say that we can’t live without it, your body is begging for you to feed it, but essentially its just another drug doing to talking. It makes coffee taste better, that for sure so I drink a couple cups in the morning but after noon I shut it down.
After I while, you begin to realize that half of the “energy” you get from it is really all in your head. In fact, being that jittery all day does not improve your focus or senses, it dulls it. Lastly, you don’t sleep as well. Now, you might feel like you sleep well but what you perceive actually happening and what really happens are different. If you hooked yourself up to a monitor it is guaranteed your body will respond to better sleep without caffeine. It’s not my theory. It’s a fact. So, small steps if you are a caffeine addict. No caffeine after noon and your life will improve.
